3. Filling method: using the injection needle to rise with the liquid level to fill to prevent splashing of the liquid. 4.After the filling is completed, the star plate sends the filled syringe to the stoppering station, and the equipment adopts a vacuum stopper system to avoid the vibration and friction of the rubber stopper to generate particles, and to ensure that the rubber stopper is in close contact with the liquid surface.

 

5.The stoppering is completed, and the syringe that has been stoppered in the astrolabe is launched. All the work is completed under a hundred-level laminar flow hood. The bottom of the closed frame has an air outlet to facilitate laminar flow and achieve high-demand clean production.
