The pre-twisted suspension clamp is used to fix the wire on the insulator string of the linear pole or suspend the lightning protection wire on the linear pole. It can replace the XGU, XGF and other ship type suspension clamps widely used on the current line.

The pre-twisted suspension clamp is made of rubber with a hyperbolic waist drum-shaped damping pad. The damping pad is wound with aluminum alloy pre-twisted wires. Outside the pre-twisted wire, a high-strength aluminum alloy casing is installed, and the casing is added It is composed of aluminum alloy U-shaped card.


Features

The pre-twisted suspension clamp uses a hyperbolic waist drum-shaped damping pad to wrap the wire in the suspension, and has the characteristics of large grip, small corona, light weight and small magnetic loss. It is especially suitable for 220KV and above lines, as well as heavy ice areas and large-span line projects.

3.1 The stress of the suspension point is dispersed over the entire length of the pre-twisted wire, which effectively reduces the static stress on the wire and the dynamic stress caused by breeze vibration, and avoids the wire from being damaged.

3.2 The stress dispersion of the suspension point greatly improves the fatigue resistance of the wire and prolongs the service life of the wire.

3.3 The pre-twisted wire can provide reliable gripping force and bear high unbalanced load, thereby avoiding wire slippage.

3.4 The special structure can reduce electromagnetic losses and eliminate corona discharge. Compared with traditional suspension clamps, it has obvious energy-saving characteristics.

3.5 Enhance the rigidity of the wire hanging point and increase the radius of curvature. The single pivot clamp can reach 300 steering angle, and the double pivot clamp can reach 600 steering angle.

4.1 When selecting and matching, the wire type and specification shall be indicated.

4.2 When the steering angle is between 300 and 600, or in a large-span project, the double fulcrum suspension clamp should be directly connected to the insulator string.
