Introduction

The pressure seal gate valves made of stainless steel are engineered to withstand harsh conditions in various industries such as power generation plants, refineries, oil, and gas fields. This type of valves is carefully designed to cater to the unique demands of these sectors.

Feature

Maximizing fluid flow and minimizing loss of energy are achieved through a channel that is free of obstructions.

2.Pressure seal self-tightening bonnet;

The sealing face is overlaid with Stellite, a material known for its fantastic wear resistance.

After undergoing the process of quenching, tempering, and nitriding, the stem becomes more durable and resilient than before, making it suitable for use in rough and challenging environments.

Body material

CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, CF8C, F304, F316, F304L, F316L, F347, F321 are different grades of stainless steel alloys commonly used in various industries. These grades have specific chemical compositions and mechanical properties that make them suitable for different applications.
CF8 and CF8M are both cast grades of stainless steel. CF8 is a cast version of 304 stainless steel, while CF8M is a cast version of 316 stainless steel. CF3 and CF3M are similar to CF8 and CF8M, respectively, but they have a lower carbon content, which improves their weldability.
CF8C is a cast version of 347 stainless steel and is specially designed for high-temperature applications. F304 and F316 are the wrought versions of 304 and 316 stainless steel, respectively. These grades are widely used in various industries due to their corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties.
F304L and F316L are low carbon versions of F304 and F316, respectively. These grades are preferred in applications where welding is required as they have improved weldability and lower susceptibility to intergranular corrosion.
F347 is a stabilized version of 304 stainless steel, containing niobium, which increases its resistance to intergranular corrosion. F321 is a titanium-stabilized version of 304 stainless steel, which also exhibits excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Overall, these stainless steel grades offer a wide range of options for engineers and designers to choose from based on specific requirements, such as corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and weldability.
