1. 2. The optimized design of the bedside box is suitable for the turning of disc and shaft parts. It can be processed for straight line, arc, male British thread and multi-head thread, and can be suitable for the processing of disc and shaft parts with complex turning shape and high precision requirements.
3. The machine tool guide rail and sliding saddle guide rail are made of special materials, with high frequency quenching, ultra-hard wear resistance, durable and good processing accuracy.
4. The numerical control system adopts GSK980TC3 system, adopts domestic famous ball screw and high precision wire rod bearings.
5. Adopt high-precision spindle bearing group with precision assembly and dynamic balance test to ensure the spindle with high precision, low noise and strong rigidity.
6. Each lubrication point adopts forced automatic lubrication device for fixed point quantitative lubrication screw and guide rail. When there is an abnormal state or the oil quantity is insufficient, a warning signal will be automatically generated.
7. Standard configuration adopts domestic three-claw self-centering manual chuck, and the spindle adopts 82mm independent spindle structure (optional 130mm spindle and larger spindle through hole).

Spindle specification:
The spindle with high precision spindle bearing group and precision assembly and dynamic balance test ensures high precision, low noise and strong rigidity of the spindle.

Tool rest instructions:
The working principle of turboworm transmission, upper and lower gear plate meshing and screw clamping is adopted. It has the advantages of fast rotation, high positioning accuracy and large tangential torque. The sending rotation bit adopts Hall element for long service life.

Acceptance of machine tools
 

 

1. Machine tools according to GB/T25659.1-2010 standard acceptance, divided into pre-acceptance and final acceptance of two stages.

2. Pre-acceptance (option): in the supplier's factory, according to the inspection certificate of the machine tool product acceptance;

3. Final acceptance: shall be carried out in the demander's factory according to the requirements of the technical agreement, and shall be signed by representatives of both parties after acceptance. Final acceptance is complete. At the same time of the final acceptance, the supplier will conduct a technical training for the relevant personnel of the demander (one person for each machine tool training, the time is not more than 1 day), and the training of the operator can be independent operation and simple equipment maintenance.

 

Installation and commissioning
 

 

1. Installation: The user is responsible for foundation manufacturing, machine tool parts placement and machine tool installation according to the technical requirements of foundation installation; The user is equipped with machine power supply, compressed air, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, coolant, etc., and the user prepares qualified blank parts and tools according to the requirements to do the preparatory work before commissioning;

2. Commissioning: The supplier is equipped with installation and commissioning personnel, responsible for guiding the on-site installation of the machine tool, level adjustment, workpiece test cutting processing, and to meet the requirements of the agreement.

 

After-sales service commitment
 

 

1. Implement the "three guarantees" service standards stipulated by the State;

2. Respond within 8 working hours after receiving the fault notification, if you need to go to deal with the repair within 24 working hours;

3. From the date of acceptance of the equipment, the warranty period is one year (except for human factors), and the cost fee is charged after one year.
