The machine adopts 45° integral inclined bed structure, equipped with high-precision pre-load Taiwan linear rolling guide rail, the servo motor is directly connected with the lead screw through the high-torque and low-inertia elastic coupling, and the lead screw support is pre-stretched structure, which can eliminate the transmission back backlash and pre-compensate the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool during long-term operation to ensure positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy. High speed, high precision and high rigidity shell spindle unit and servo spindle motor can achieve higher spindle speed. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature room. After assembly, it is closed at a constant temperature for 72 hours. After running, it is tested for 72 hours to ensure reliable high-speed and high precision performance.

Acceptance of machine tools
 

 

1. The machine tool according to GB/T25659.1-2010 standard acceptance, divided into two stages of pre-acceptance and final acceptance.

2. Pre-acceptance (option): in the supplier's factory, according to the machine tool product inspection certificate for acceptance;

3. Final acceptance: It shall be carried out in the demander's factory according to the requirements of the technical agreement, and shall be signed by representatives of both parties after acceptance. Final acceptance is complete. At the same time of the final acceptance, the supplier will conduct a technical training for the relevant personnel of the demander (one person for each machine tool training, the time is not more than 1 day), and the training of the operator can be independent operation and simple equipment maintenance.

 

Installation and commissioning
 

 

1. Installation: the user is responsible for foundation manufacturing, machine parts in place, installation of machine tools according to the technical requirements of foundation installation; The user is equipped with machine power supply, compressed air, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, coolant, etc., and the user prepares qualified blank parts and tools according to the requirements to do the preparatory work before commissioning;

2. Commissioning: the supplier is equipped with installation and commissioning personnel, responsible for guiding the on-site installation of the machine tool, level adjustment, workpiece test cutting processing, and meet the requirements of the agreement.

 

After-sales service commitment
 

 

1. Implement the "three guarantees" service standards stipulated by the State;

2. Response within 8 working hours after receiving the fault notification, if you need to go to deal with the repair within 24 working hours;

3. From the date of acceptance of the equipment, the warranty period is one year (except for human factors), and the cost fee is charged after one year.
