Description of hydraulic shearing machine:
The series hydraulic guillotine shears can be widely used in the line of metal forming such  as vehicles, building, materials, machinery, electricity & etc. Also the design and manufacture comply with the export & safety standards of China machinery & electrical products.

Features of hydraulic guillotine shearing machine:
1. CNC hydraulic guillotine shear adopts hydraulic transmission system, welded tool rest and overall welded frame to ensure high strength and excellent durability. And, the return movement of tool rest is stable and rapid due to the use of energy accumulator.
2. The stroke of tool rest can be adjusted automatically based on the width of plate metals. Both upper blade and lower blade have four cutting edges which can be turned over for repeated usage.
3. This hydraulic guillotine shear is specially designed with several independent cylindrical devices which are used to press the plate metal tightly to prevent it from moving. The bottom of each device is mounted on a plastic pad that can protect the work piece from being scratched.
4. CNC system and position encoder form a closed-loop control system which features fast speed, high precision and good stability, thus ensuring displacement accuracy of back gauge device. Meanwhile, the CNC system has a number of functions such as compensation and automatic detection.
5. The back gauge device adopts ball screw to offer a gapless transmission.
6. Conveniently, the two axles controlled by the CNC system can be automatically positioned based on the input parameters of the plate metal.
7. Based on the function of parameter adjustment, the reference point of two axes can be altered willfully. Thus, the hydraulic shearing machine can automatically achieve precision positioning.
8. The CNC hydraulic guillotine shear comes with an automatic concession function. To be specific, firstly the back gauge device locates the plate metal. Then, the plate metal will be fixed tightly by the cylindrical devices. Before the shearing machine starts to cut, the back gauge device will be back automatically in case hitting the plate metal.
9. Every time when the metal shearing machine restarts, the two axes can search reference point automatically to ensure the precision of repeat positioning.
10. Based on its numerical control function, this CNC hydraulic guillotine shear can give full play to the advantages such as adjustability of cutting angle, cutting gap and even cutting pressure. Thus it can be used to cut all kinds of sheet metals with best quality and fastest speed. No matter what material the sheet metal is made of, no matter how thick it is, and no matter what cutting length you require, this machine tool can offer an optimum cutting solution.
