 Zhejiang Sanren Machinery is a subsidiary company of China Sanren Group, specialized in manufacture of key spare parts for Auto, motorcycle and other power machinery. We also produce 8.5HP-16HP single cylinder direct injection high efficency diesel engine and other mall type agricultural machinery. The company was founded in 1994, now it covers an area of 98000 square meters, with total assets about 310 million yuan RMB.
Over more than 20 years, we stick to the principle of "Take people as the foundation and do business with integrity, put emphasis on science and technology progress, improve product quality continuously to create a good SANREN brand". SANREN trade mark was listed as a famous trade mark in Zhejiang Province in 2005, and it was named China well-known trade mark in 2007. We constantly improve quality assurance system, organize lean production strictly according to ISO/TS16949: 2009 quality management system of international auto industry. The product quality on the other hand is also guaranteed by CMM, ARL spectrometer and other inspection equipments in our foundry and machining workshops.
In recent years, in order to adapt to the environment friendly green manufacture requirements of the government, we invested a great sum of money on the technical innovation of film sand shell moulding production line and machining line. The technical innovation project in the foundry has passed the appraisal of government environmental protection department and got the emission certification already. And machining lines have been upgraded in automation level, production processes have become more optimized with lower labor intensity. Key process steps are controlled by program to achieve the product quality stability and consistency.

There are over 400 models and specifications of air cooled cylinder liners in our production range, so we rank top in this aspect in China, Sanren cylinder liners enjoy a great popularity both at home and abroad markets.
Ferrous metal casting, aluminium pressure-dia casting, machining, surface treatiment, etc… Our company has complete production process and large capacity for auto and motorcycle spare parts. The foundry adopts medium frequency induction furnace smelting and advanced film sand shell mouling process. All castings are made elaborately with high precision and good inherent quality.
Our company started to develop and produce single cylinder, high efficiency air cooled & water cooled diesel engine. The key engine parts like engine case and cylinder head cover, etc. Are made by ourselves, this enhances the spare parts production management and assures the complete engine quality as well.
